The following Terms & Conditions govern the rights and obligations of OPTIMUS GOLF LIMITED (Business Name: OPTIMUS GOLF PERFORMANCE “OGP”) and you.

  1. Prepaid Plans, Products and Services
    1. Credits or Loyalty Points rewarded through purchase of plans (including renewals and account recharges) and through our referral bonus schemes is not a circulation currency. It is only valid for exchange of our services and products and of our affiliated partners.
    2. All spending can be deducted from credits rewarded, including bay rentals, lessons, bag storage fees, locker fees and merchandises.
    3. Credits rewarded cannot be converted into cash, resold, or transferred.
    4. When you use up all credits in your account, your corresponding OGP account is no longer considered valid.
  2. Online Booking Portal
    1. Our online booking portal is only available for use by customers with valid OGP accounts.
    2. A booking made through the online booking portal is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation.
  3. Semi-Private and Private Bays
    1. Reservations of semi-private and private bays are not transferrable. They are done on a first-come-first-served basis and may only be in the name of the user of the service.
    2. Our staff reserve the right to request valid identification at the time of use.
    3. The minimum reservation time for rental of the Semi-Private and Private Bays is 1 hour and can be topped-up in multiples of 30 minutes, subject to availability.
    4. The maximum reservation time for rental of the Semi-Private and Private Bays is 4 hours. After checking-in, the reservation can be topped-up in multiples of 30 minutes, subject to availability.
    5. Each account can only make advance bookings for a maximum of 2 facilities and/or services at the same time.
    6. You may make advance reservations up to 2 weeks in advance either by calling our customer hotline during our operating hours, or by using our online booking system.
  4. Wellputt Big Tilt Platform (the “Putting Green”)
    1. Reservations of the Putting Green are not transferrable. They are done on a first-come-first-served basis and may only be in the name of the user of the service.
    2. Our staff reserve the right to request valid identification at the time of use.
    3. The minimum reservation time for rental of the Putting Green is 30 minutes, and can be topped-up in multiples of 30 minutes, subject to availability.
    4. The maximum reservation time for rental of the Putting Green is 2 hours. After checking-in, the reservation can be topped-up in multiples of 30 minutes, subject to availability.
    5. Each account can only make advance bookings for a maximum of 2 facilities and/or services at the same time.
    6. You may make advance reservations up to 2 weeks in advance either by calling our customer hotline during our operating hours, or by using our online booking system.
  5. Golf Instructions and Strength & Conditioning
    1. Lessons with our Golf Professionals and Certified Personal Trainers are not transferrable. They are done on a first-come-first-served basis and may only be in the name of the user of the service.
    2. Our staff reserve the right to request valid identification at the time of use.
    3. You may make advance reservations up to 2 weeks in advance either by calling our customer hotline during our operating hours, or by using our online booking system.
    4. Lessons must be conducted by Golf Professionals and Certified Personal Trainers approved or appointed by OGP.
  6. Claiming / Returning Bays
    1. To allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation, the starting time of each reservation is 5 minutes into each stated reservation time. (For the avoidance of doubt, for a reservation made at 15:00, you may claim the bay at 15:05)
    2. Please be punctual to your reservations. Late arrivals will not be compensated.
    3. Each reservation will be reserved for another 15 minutes after the starting time (“Grace Period”). After the Grace Period, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and the bay shall be reallocated to other customers who are on the waiting list.
    4. You shall return reserved Bays on time. All overtimes shall be charged at the standard rate (before relevant discounts) in 30-minute increments. 

7. Damage to the Company’s or Public Facility 

You are responsible for all damage that occurs because of fault or negligence. You must report any such damage to the Company or its staff and shall pay reasonable replacement costs for all damages caused.

​​​    8. Amendment and Cancellation of Reservations

For any amendments or cancellations of reservations, please make the request at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time through our customer service hotline or online booking system. If you opt to make the request through our customer service hotline, please call during our operating hours.

     9. No-show charges and late cancellation charges

  1. No-show charges will be applied, at OGP’s discretion, if you do not show-up within 15 minutes of your reservation’s starting time. Your account will be charged at standard rate (before discounts) for the relevant reservation.
  2. A late cancellation charge will be applied, at OGP’s discretion, if you do not make the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time. Your account will be charged at standard rate (before discounts) for the relevant reservation.
  3. Your reservation rights shall be suspended for 14 days if you accumulate 3 times no-show or late cancellation.

     10. Bag Storage Service

  1. You are responsible for your own golf clubs and equipment stored at OGP. You are required to count all the golf clubs and equipment, ensure your golf clubs and equipment are sufficiently protected and stored in your Bag properly before returning your Bag to our staff for storage.
  2. OGP reserves the right to refuse bag storage requests if your golf clubs and equipment are not in a good condition.
  3. OGP is not responsible for any loss or damage of golf bags, golf clubs, and equipment stored at our facility.
  4. OGP reserves the right to inspect all stored golf bags, golf clubs, and equipment stored at our facility without prior notification. Any illegal substances found in members’ stored items in breach of HKSAR law will be reported to the Hong Kong Police.
  5. Your stored items will be kept at OGP for a maximum of 60 days after the storage period expires. An overdue storage fee of HK$300 per month shall be charged.
  6. OGP reserves the right to dispose of any items kept at our facility 60 days after the storage period expires.
  7. You shall pay all overdue fees before retrieving your stored items.

      11. Locker Rental Service

  1. You are responsible for your belongings stored at OGP. You are required to count all your belongings, ensure your belongings are sufficiently protected and stored in your locker properly.
  2. OGP is not responsible for any loss or damage of your belongings stored in our lockers.
  3. OGP reserves the right to inspect all lockers our facility without prior notification. Any illegal substances found in members’ stored items in breach of HKSAR law will be reported to the Hong Kong Police.
  4. Your stored belongings will be kept at OGP for a maximum of 60 days after the storage period expires. An overdue storage fee of HK$300 per month shall be charged.
  5. OGP reserves the right to dispose of any items kept at our facility 60 days after the storage period expires.
  6. You shall pay all overdue fees before retrieving your stored items.
  7. Upon expiry of your locker rental, you shall return the key to our staff immediately. Any late return of the key shall be charged at a rate of HK$300 per month after expiry of the rental period.
  8. If you have lost the key, please inform our staff immediately so we can arrange to have the lock replaced. An Administration Fee of HK$500 shall be charged to cover replacement costs.​

     12. Refund Policy

  1. Applicable to all first time purchases of prepaid plans, you may apply for an unconditional refund within 7 days from the date of purchase (Refund Guarantee Period).
  2. No refund application will be accepted after the Refund Guarantee Period.
  3. Upon receipt of your refund application, OGP shall suspend your prepaid account immediately, and you may no longer access our products/services until the refund is completed.
  4. All used services, including free gifts (if applicable), will be charged at full price and deducted from the refund amount.
  5. Any gift cards and coupons (if applicable) given to you shall be returned upon submitting the refund application. Defected, unsealed, used, or destroyed gift cards and coupons will be charged at full price and deducted from the refund amount. Any gift cards and coupons given to you that are not returned shall also be charged at full price and deducted from the refund amount.
  6. All credits rewarded to you through our referral bonus scheme will be not be refunded.
  7. An Administrative Fee of 3% will be deducted from the refund amount for Practise, Performance, and Elite Prepaid Plans respectively.
  8. The Applicant must be the Account Holder, otherwise the Application will not be accepted.
  9. The Applicant must complete the Refund Application Form and apply in person at 5C, Victoria Centre, 15 Watson Road, North Point, Hong Kong, with proof of identify (HKID/Passport).
  10. After submitting the application form and proof of identity, OGP shall review, verify and confirm the application.
  11. The final refund amount will be subject to OGP’s calculation.
  12. If the refund application is approved, the refund amount will be issued by cheque within 30 days. Applicants must collect the cheque at 5C, Victoria Centre, 15 Watson Road, North Point, Hong Kong in person.
  13. Non-refundable items include Administration Fee for first time purchases of prepaid plans, deposits for visitor bookings, and deposits for events, venues booking and competitions.

      13. Limitation of Liability

Regarding any loss which you suffer as a result of any acts of omissions by OGP you agree that our liability towards you is limited to the level of applicable insurance policy which we have in place from time to time. Optimus Golf Performance pays for insurance policies which are suitable to the business it operates and the risks involved. OGP cannot accept liability for the loss, theft or accidental damage to your personal belongings at its facilities. 

      14. Adjustment of Rates and Policies

  1. OGP reserves the right to adjust prices and plans. Adjustments shall be communicated with a minimum of 60 days notice.
  2. Annual adjustments will be carried out in the first quarter of each calendar year.

      15. Conduct

  1. You are required to wear proper attire at all times at our premises.
  2. Undressed or naked are prohibited in all areas of OGP. OGP reserves the right to terminate its contract with anyone who fails to comply.
  3. Video-recording of any other customers at our premises without consent is strictly prohibited. OGP reserves the right to terminate its contract with anyone who fails to comply.
  4. Illegal betting, gambling, drunkenness, foul language or other misconducts are prohibited. OGP reserves the right to terminate its contract with anyone who fails to comply.
  5. Lighted cigarettes, cigars or pipes and the smoking of e-cigarettes are prohibited at our premises. OGP reserves the right to terminate its contract with anyone who fails to comply.
  6. Selling or promoting of any non-OGP product or service without the Company’s consent is prohibited. OGP reserves the right to terminate its contract with anyone who fails to comply.
  7. All persons shall respect the comfort of other persons within OGP.
  8. Cleaning fee may be charged as a result of your fault or negligence.

      16. Termination

  1. OGP reserves the right to terminate your account:
    1. Without notice and with immediate effect if your conduct, whether or not of such conduct is subject of a complain by another customer, is such that in the reasonable opinion of OGP, poses a threat to security, safety or health of other customers or staff members.
    2. Without notice and with immediate effect if OGP believes you are conducting Golf Instruction and/or Personal Training Services, business or any other services at our premises without formal consent of OGP.
    3. Upon notice in writing, if OGP is of the opinion that you are not suitable or unfit for continued use of OGP facilities.
  2. All decision of OGP under this section shall be final and binding. Your contract with OGP shall be terminated. As a consequence of such termination, you shall forfeit any and all amounts which have been paid to OGP without the right to claim any refund. On termination, you shall return any property provided or assigned to you by OGP and shall settle any outstanding amounts owed to OGP.

17. Bad Weather Policies

  1. In the event of Red or Amber Rainstorm warning/Typhoon Signal No.3 or below, all facilities will operate as usual and regular no-show charges and late cancellation charges will be in place.
  2. Operation hours during Black rainstorms/Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above are subject to change, please pay attention to the latest news released on our social media platforms and keep in contact with your coaches. No-show charges and late cancellation charges will be waived for sessions on days where Black Rainstorm/Typhoon Signal No.8 is hoisted.

OGP reserves the right to amend, vary, delete or add to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

In case of dispute, the decision of OGP shall be final.
