Personal Data Collected
OGP collects different information in order to help us improve services and products we offer, and to provide unique personalized services and products to you.
OGP collects information on you when you create an account with OGP.
You are under no obligation to provide your complete personal data. However, the minimum information we require for us to be able to provide you with our products and services are your name, phone number, e-mail address, and HKID number.
We may ask for further information from you in order to obtain a better understanding on how OGP can provide personalized services to you. In all instances it is entirely your choice whether or not to provide information. In some cases for us to provide the service requested, you will be required to give certain information. It is your choice whether or not to provide such information. However, there may be cases that we are unable to provide you with the service you request without such information. We will inform you in such cases when it is obligatory for you to provide such information before you can receive the service requested.

- Your name, address, residential address, mobile phone number, office number, emergency contact, emergency contact number, email, country, gender, marital status, identity card or passport number, profile photo, designation, company name and address
- Your credit card details, payment details including type of payment
- Your training plan and goal
- Your currently level of golfing ability
- How you heard about OGP
- Other information from your interaction with our sites, services, content, including computer and connected information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the sites, ad data, IP address and standard web log information.
We use your Personal Information:
- To process, administer, and manage your customer account and payments
- To process your customer account renewal and upgrade
- To contact you via telephone call, text message, fax message, email and/or postal mail for the purposes of processing, administering and managing your customer account
- To conduct market research, analysis and development activities to improve our services and facilities in order to enhance our services provided to you, where you have consented for the Company to do so
- For direct marketing
- Responding to legal process, pursuing legal rights and remedies, defending litigation and managing any complaints or claims;

We intend to use your phone number, postal address, facsimile and email in direct marketing activities such as promotion of our f services, enewsletters, account renewal and upgrades, market updates and other services or updates.

OGP forms part of a group of companies and in order to carry out the functions described above it may from time to time be necessary to transfer your personal information to our subsidiary company and associated company.

You have the right to request access to and correct your personal data held by OGP in relation to you, upon payment of a reasonable processing fee, and you can make such requests to OGP.
