Yes, spending credits generally have an expiry period, typically 12 months from the date of purchase. This encourages clients to use their credits within a reasonable timeframe. Specific expiry details for passes are as follows:
- Monthly Facility Access Pass: 1 month
- Learn and Refine” Pack: 2 months
- Fairway to Fitness” Pack: 3 months
These validity periods ensure that each client receives consistent, structured training and supports long-term progression rather than sporadic sessions.
